Barry and Janet are avid travelers and because of that, they started their CruiseHolidays business in 2007. Travel has been a passion but the desire to "get into the business" came after a trans-atlantic journey in May of 2007. It was a fabulous trip, reminiscent of the "crossings" of the early years of the century. At some point, every serious cruiser will want to do their own  version of an exotic trip. We will be there to assist.

Janet had been working in administrative jobs in various non-profits for years. Just prior to opening the business, she had worked with the Lowell Folk Festival in Sponsor Development raising more than $2,000,000 over the years to support the production of the nation's largest free folk festival.

Barry had worked in the technology field. Software, hardware, web design and system administration are among his credentials. He also worked with a large national pharmacy chain as the photo lab district manager and honed his excellent photography skills. He is the author of several articles dealing with contemporary issues and travel.
